At Wellness Path Holding, we are committed to respecting and protecting consumer rights in accordance with applicable Romanian and European Union consumer protection legislation.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR / SAL)

Consumers in Romania may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism (Soluționarea Alternativă a Litigiilor – SAL) for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from the purchase of products or services.

The competent consumer protection authority in Romania is the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC – Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor).

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with OUG 34/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products purchased from Wellness Path Holding are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable under Romanian and European Union consumer protection law, including OUG 140/2021 and Directive (EU) 2019/771.

For consumers residing in other countries, any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.

This legal guarantee is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and applies in cases where goods are defective or otherwise not in conformity with the sales contract.
