Wellness Path Holding SRL is a Romanian wellness company operating as an affiliate marketing and dropshipping store. We curate the best wellness products across 6 key niches: Supplements & Nutrition, Biohacking & Longevity, Mental Wellness & Sleep, Fitness Technology, Organic & Natural Beauty, and Kids & Family Wellness. Our mission is to help families live healthier, happier lives — starting from Romania and expanding across Europe and beyond.

Are you an official retailer or an affiliate store?

Wellness Path Holding operates both as an affiliate marketing store and a dropshipping store. This means:

  • Affiliate products: When you click "Buy Now" on certain products, you will be redirected to our trusted partner retailer's website (such as eMAG, iHerb, Amazon, etc.) where you complete your purchase directly with them. We earn a small commission for referring you, at no extra cost to you.
  • Dropshipping products: For other products, you purchase directly through our store and we coordinate fulfillment with our supplier partners who ship directly to your address.

How do I know if a product is affiliate or dropshipping?

Affiliate products will have a button that says "Shop Now" or "Buy on [Retailer Name]" and will redirect you to an external website. Dropshipping products will have an "Add to Cart" button and you will complete the purchase on our website.


📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product type:

  • Affiliate products: Shipping is handled entirely by the partner retailer. Please check their website for exact delivery times. Generally, Romanian retailers deliver within 1-5 business days, while international retailers may take 7-30 business days.
  • Dropshipping products: Delivery times depend on the supplier and your location. Estimated delivery is between 5-30 business days. We will always communicate the estimated delivery time at checkout and via email after your order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Romania and across the European Union. For dropshipping products, shipping availability and costs depend on the specific product and supplier. International shipping outside the EU may be available for certain products — please contact us at info@wptholding.com for more information.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by product, supplier, and destination country. The exact shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For affiliate products, shipping costs are determined by the partner retailer on their website.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. For dropshipping orders, tracking information is provided by our supplier and may take 24-72 hours to become active after shipment. For affiliate orders, tracking is provided directly by the partner retailer.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@wptholding.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund where applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?

For dropshipping products purchased directly on our store, we accept:

For affiliate products, payment is made directly on the partner retailer's website using their available payment methods.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely. Our store uses Shopify Payments, one of the most secure payment processors in the world. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. We never store your card details on our servers.

In what currency are prices displayed?

All prices on our store are displayed in Euro (EUR). For affiliate products, the price on the partner retailer's website may be displayed in their local currency (e.g. RON for Romanian retailers).

Will I be charged any extra fees?

No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, including any applicable taxes. For affiliate products, any additional fees (shipping, taxes) are determined by the partner retailer.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Our return policy depends on the product type:

  • Dropshipping products: We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us at info@wptholding.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Affiliate products: Returns are handled directly by the partner retailer according to their own return policy. Please visit their website or contact their customer service for return instructions.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund for a dropshipping order, please email us at info@wptholding.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with next steps. Approved refunds are processed within 5-15 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel a dropshipping order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched to our supplier. Please contact us immediately at info@wptholding.com with your order number. After 24 hours or once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you do not need an account to browse our store or click through to affiliate products. However, creating a free account gives you benefits such as saving your address for faster checkout, viewing your order history, and receiving personalized wellness recommendations.

How do I create an account?

Click the person icon in the top right corner of our website and select "Create account". Enter your name, email address, and a secure password. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click the person icon, then "Log in", and then "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

How do I update my personal information?

Log in to your account, go to "Account details" and you can update your name, email, phone number, and saved addresses at any time.

We only partner with reputable brands and retailers that share our commitment to wellness and quality.

Are the supplements and wellness products safe?

We only feature products from reputable brands that comply with EU safety regulations. However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you have existing medical conditions or are taking medication.

Do you offer any guarantees on products?

For dropshipping products sold directly through our store, we guarantee that you will receive the product as described. If there is any discrepancy, we will resolve it through replacement or refund. For affiliate products, guarantees are provided by the partner retailer.
